Took over a restaurant space with an existing alarm system. Called the number on the panel to activate monitoring. Claims he was deceptively signed into a 120-month contract for equipment he never authorized. Company is pursuing over $20,000 in collections. Reports unreliable service, false fire alarms, and verbal abuse from the owner when attempting to seek service.
Reports being tricked into signing a 10-year lease, with verbal guarantees of cancellation that were not honored. Company is pursuing payment for 10 years of fees on a property her business no longer occupies. Notes evidence that the contract was fraudulently edited.
